All returns are subject to store approval.

Items may be returned within 30 days, and with original receipt and packaging. 

There are no items in this store that are indestructible. Many toys and chews and designed to be worn down and/or chewed up by dogs and cats over time. How long that takes is completely dependent on the animal and situation. 

Some manufacturers have their own policies, and may override our return policy.

Fish Guarantee

Fish may be returned for a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

1) You must bring in the fish within 3 days of purchase. (You may freeze it to keep it fresh.)

2) You must have the reciept present.

3) You must provide a quarter cup tank water sample in a seperate container from the fish for testing. Results of the water test may not affect the return but are used to give reccomendations going forward.

We do not guarantee fish compatability. Fish returned with obvious damage caused by other fish are not returnable. Fish purchased against employee advice are not returnable. Aquarium plants are not returnable.
